Bio:
Jeff Carter graduated with honors of distinction from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California in 1990 and he has been pushing paint and pixels for a wide
variety of clients from coast to coast ever since. Jeff's versatile work as a designer, illustrator, photographer and copywriter has gained a clientele primarily from the lodging and tourism industry,but his talents include digital film-making, storyboarding, and web development. Jeff has taught Illustration, figure drawing, traditional media paintig at BYU-Idaho for over 10 years years. When he's not enjoying Yellowstone Park, he plays a mean 5-string banjo along with his four musical daughters. Jeff and Lisa have been married for 25 years.
 
Lately, Jeff’s time has been focused on developing the Western Heritage Arts Center, a non-profit heritage-tourism project just south of West Yellowstone, Montana.
